How To - Viewing Reminders

A Reminder panel can be displayed in the bottom right corner of each channel that has actionable stations with active reminders.

The header of the Reminder panel includes the total number of reminders and a timer indicating the time since theoldest reminder was generated.

The timer flashes blue and white and an audible beep is emitted when a new reminder is displayed.

The timer continues to flash until a user accesses the Reminder Details window or bumps the reminder from the other channel.

Reminders are displayed in priority order with the highest priority at the top and older reminders of the same priority are shown above newer ones. High and low priority reminders display the following icons for quick identification:

Navigate to the Reminder panel using the Order Down button, and press the magnifying glass button on the bump bar to display the Reminders Details window.

Use the Order/item Up/Down buttons to navigate between reminders, and the bump button to dismiss them.

Press the magnifying glass button again, or dismiss all of the reminders, to return to the normal view:

Users can press and hold the item down arrow button to jump focus between the Reminders panel and the normal view. Users of touch screens can select reminders by touching the Reminder panel to show the reminder details and then dismiss each reminder by touching the appropriate reminder.

Reminder details can be hidden again by touching anywhere outside the reminder details, or by dismissing the last reminder.
